Semi-retired male nurse seeks a room-mate 55+ years of age, female or male, to share a large comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in one of the Kiwanis Buildings in North Vancouver. $640/month covers private bedroom, shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, basic cable tv, heat, light, water. Laundry is on site and is $1.25/load. Underground secured parking is also included. I presently live in another Kiwanis building and the tenants here are very social. We have Monday to Friday morning coffee shop, bingo, and Friday afternoon musical entertainment. I have found the tenants willing to get together to plan many social events for special occasions. Once the apartment is vacant, I will be able to give you one month's advance notice before we move.
