Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Western Canadian Realestate Properties Marketing department
Rental Marketing
Producing leads, manage leads with CRM software
ads in newspaper
Business correspondence
websites
Sterling rental sign
Flyers
Etc.
Rental Log and tracking for WCPG
Produce rental comparables in the area
Following up rental inquiries
Exhaust all leads and inquiries.
Coordinate with caretaker for rental property tours
Help with Rental Application process and forms
Know property and features inside out (The Good the bad and the NEW)
Know everything you can about the area, schools, transit, shopping, daycares- everything for all types of potential tenants
Answer all questions directed to Rental properties
Providing leadership and supervision ofcaretaker
Implementingcompany initiativesand monitoringdaily operations
Maximizing the profitability of each rentalthrough annual budgets and operating plans.
Residential Tenancy hearings or liaising with civic authorities or emergency services personnel
Right hand for sunset ridge construction administration
Running errands and driving from one workplace to the other
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge and experiencein property management is preferred
- Sharpened sales and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, pull and push
- Must have the ability to read and write quality English
- Ability to work under little supervision, communicating, progress reports
- Ability to prepare and keep within a building budget
- Exceptional interpersonalcommunicationand problem solvingskills
- Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s licence with readily available vehicle
- Customer Relations Management experience
- Flexible Schedule
